Claude Apps, Features and Plans
You can use Claude in three ways: Claude apps (claude.ai web, desktop, mobile), Claude Code (an agentic coding tool for developers), and the Claude Developer Platform / API (to build Claude into your own apps).

3.2 Main features of claude.ai

3.4 Privacy and data
- On consumer plans the user can choose whether chats are used for model improvement.
- Team / Enterprise / API data is not used for training by default (commercial terms).
- Options such as Zero Data Retention (ZDR) are available to eligible Enterprise / API customers.
- Incognito chat: not saved to memory or history.
