Shipping & Delivery Policy

Last updated: 29 October 2026

SkillPilot AI sells only digital courses. Nothing is shipped physically and there are no shipping charges.

Delivery

• Access is delivered online, instantly: as soon as your payment is confirmed, the course's videos and mock test unlock on skillpilotai.com for the account you are logged in with.
• You can use the course on any device by logging in with the same Google account.
• Access lasts for the length of the plan you bought (7, 30 or 365 days).

If access does not start

Refresh the page or log out and in again. If the course is still locked 24 hours after a successful payment, email rahuldadoo1111@gmail.com with your Razorpay payment ID and we will fix it or refund you.
