Privacy Policy
Last updated: 29 October 2026
This policy explains what information SkillPilot AI (skillpilotai.com) collects when you use the website, why we collect it, and who helps us process it. We collect only what we need to run the courses.
What we collect
- Account details from Google sign-in: your name, email address and profile picture, used to create your account and keep you logged in.
- Purchases: which course and plan you bought, the amount, the payment and order IDs, and when your plan expires. Card, UPI and bank details are entered on Razorpay's checkout and never reach our servers.
- Learning activity: videos you watched and how far, mock test answers and self-scores, reels you liked or saved, notes you wrote, poll votes and the days you were active (for your streak).
- Technical data: standard server logs (such as IP address, browser and time of request) kept by our hosting providers for security and troubleshooting.
Some preferences, such as document language, are stored in cookies or your browser's local storage. Before you log in, likes, saves and progress are kept only in your browser.
How we use it
- To log you in and show the courses you own.
- To process payments and unlock the plan you bought.
- To save your progress, mock test report, streak, likes, saves and notes.
- To keep the website secure and fix problems.
We do not sell your data and we do not show third-party ads.
Who processes your data
- Supabase: login and database (account, purchases, learning activity).
- Google: sign-in.
- Razorpay: payments.
- Vercel: website hosting.
- Bunny.net: video streaming.
How long we keep it
We keep your account and learning data while your account exists. Payment records are kept as long as the law requires for accounting and tax.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete your account data by emailing rahuldadoo1111@gmail.com. Deleting your account removes your progress, notes, likes and saves. Payment records that the law requires us to keep are retained.
Children
The website is meant for learners aged 13 and above.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
